There are a number of things that are raised by Councillor Mphefo, which we do not agree

  with, and the presentation of these policies were done, and it is us as Councillors of this committee who went out to the community and present. Why did we go outside to present the policy that we could not conclude to certain things? But there were a number of issues that were outstanding from our side to conclude the road show, but because of the unavailability of some Councillors amongst ourselves, and we could not continue with that. But the African National Congress, Speaker, says to the Council, can we approve

  this report and make sure that we move forward so that we are able to make sure that residents of the City of Johannesburg does receive the e-petition because it is a model that is going to assist our residents not to make up and downs when they do these petitions, going to the offices, doing this, this, this. Therefore, the African National Congress notes the report and approves. Thank you very much, Madam Speaker.
